Could this be one of the Mary O'Hara books? She wrote several on the subject
of horses and their intense bonding with youngsters.

Good morning, all. A library staff member here is hoping someone can help
her recall the title of a book she read as a young teen, about 25 years ago.
She remembers it is about a girl who raises horses (maybe palominos?) and at
the end, her favorite horse produces twin foals. That's it. Did anyone
else read this and love it as she did?
