We once did a similar display and called it "Help Yourself!" That seemed
to work well.

If you want to stick with the Health and Fitness theme, you might browse
some of the fitness mags, like Shape or Mens' Health for catchy phrases.
Some quick possibilities:
* It's Not Too late to Get In Shape
* Show a picture of your library card - "the only health club card you
need"
* Tae Book.....yeah, okay, that's stretching it.
* Make a Start towards a Healthy Heart (also works into February for
Valentine's Day)
* Get an abandoned step aerobic bench (there are a few around :-) ) or
a pair of gym shoes and surround them with books. Possible slogan: "Step
Up to Fitness"
