Does anyone currently offer on-line RA service from their library's
homepage? We are looking to introduce this service shortly and I would
appreciate hearing from others about their experiences. I have found several
libraries who offer on-line reference but I would like to hear about RA as
well.

offered it, I have rarely received a question other than a request whether
we own a book or a Reader's Advisory question on a children's title (2
questions). Perhaps all of our readers come into the library or perhaps our
homepage isn't clear enough.
Go to (skokie.lib.il.us) then choose "What Should I Read, Listen to, View."
then "Ask a Librarian...for a good book."
