I have a patron who is looking for "The book of counted sorrows." Dean
Koontz uses this as a source for many quotes in his book. I have tried
OCLC, Amazon and a few out-of-print book databases but did not find
anything. TIA for any help

As I recall from previous questions on this, BOCS is a made-up book Koontz
"created" himself to quote from. HTH

According to the following website, Dean Koontz is writing these poems as
he goes along to place inside his books. When he has written what he feels
to be enough of them, he will publish the entire work.

I also did a websearch at www.google.com (using the query book sorrows
koontz), which listed numerous links to these poems if your patron would
like to read what has been written so far in one place.
