This story was referred to in our local paper but no
title was given. The gist is, There is a woman who is
very disgruntled with the holiday season and the
nature of people etc. Anyway she gets on a bus in
London (happens to be a water bus on the Thames) and
in the course of the ride touches the coat of a
passenger who turns out to be Jesus. Of course this
changes her life.
I have a call into the pastor who wrote the article
for the paper but maybe you guys can come through
first.

Jeanne -

I am pretty sure that this story is in A Star Over Bethlehem. This
is a collection of wonderful Christie stories that was published under her
married name of Mallowan. I received it as a gift many years ago and would
be embarrassed to tell you how long it took me to put the two authors
together as one Agatha Christie. According to Amazon.com the book is still
in print in paperback.

Thank you, it is and its called "The Water Bus". The pastor who mentioned
it in his column finally called us back. However I hadn't discovered that it
was written under her married name, that was a nice added bonus.
