I do feel I have to express an "annoyance" I feel when picking up what is
labelled as "historical romance" (especially paperbacks). I know the
covers will give a clue, but I have read some very good paperback "lusty
men, fainting women" covers that do not entail that sort of story on the
inside. And then I have read some books labelled hist romance that have
absolutely no history (accurate or otherwise) in the story line. So,
where does that leave me? With the old saw "you really can't judge a
book by it's cover" comes to mind.
Thanks for your patience with this one. BYE!
