I'm hoping someone on this list can help me find a title. It's either a Children's or a YA book. Probably written 20+ years ago, its the story of a dog who is adopted and lost or abandoned several times. Patron seems to think the dog's name was Shadow. It ended happily-the dog found a family. "Shadow" may have been part of the title. It isn't "Incredible Journey." The dog is alone. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
