I've asked around and searched the archives but can't come up with the title for a recent book (1999 or 1998) where the main character is an American woman, an astronomer with a partner in Russia. She travels to England on business but then slips into Russia (with a tour group) to help her partner find his twin brother (who was in a detention camp? and is now in a hospital). The KGB assumes she's a spy, they treat her like a spy and she finds herself kidnapped and then hiding out in the country being helped by a taxi driver. I can supply more details if this doesn't jog any memories. Thanks!
