Too, too easy - this was one of my favorite hardcover romances of the
summer: WHAT THE HEART KNOWS, by Kathleen Eagle.

One of our staff members is looking for a book. It is a relatively new
mystery/suspense title set on an Indian reservation. The main character
is female, a former school teacher, who is now an undercover agent.
there is a casino on the reservation and a man who spoke out against it
was hit by a truck and killed. He has 2 sons, one of whom is a
basketball player who comes home for his father's funeral - he, it turns
out, also had a one-night stand with the main character and fathered a
child that he knows nothing about. The man's other son works at the
casino. Can someone help with the title? Thanks.

One of our staff members is looking for a book. It is a relatively
new
mystery/suspense title set on an Indian reservation. The main
character
is female, a former school teacher, who is now an undercover agent.
there is a casino on the reservation and a man who spoke out against
it
was hit by a truck and killed. He has 2 sons, one of whom is a
basketball player who comes home for his father's funeral - he, it
turns
out, also had a one-night stand with the main character and
fathered a
child that he knows nothing about. The man's other son works at the
casino. Can someone help with the title? Thanks.
