I am hoping that someone will recognize the scant description the patron
was able to give me of this fiction book.
-2 catholic girls who claim to see the Virgin Mary
-as a result one of the girls stopped wearing good clothes and dressed
in rags instead
-lots of kids are in the family
-patron thinks it had a contemporary setting

Any ideas???
