Since this has now happened two times in the past two days, as substitute
for Natalya this week, I feel that I must urge those of you who subscribe to
the Digest-version of FictionL not to use "reply" when you want to respond
to a particular posting. Please use the FictionL address
[removed]@maillist.nslsilus.org) to make your posting. "Replying" to the
Digest, posts your response, along with the entire Digest to the entire list
once again - something we really don't want to do!

The other thing that can happen when you reply to the
digest is that the subject line will say "Fiction_L
Digest #whatever" and not reflect the actual post to
which you are replying. Sometimes I see a one-line
reply to the digest and have no idea what post it is
responding to.
