Tots of all ages and their parents or caregivers can gather at the Youth Services Library to meet new friends, play and have lots of fun in our activity room. Drop-in in the Activity Room.

Wee Read Lapsit: Ages 0-24 Months
Newborn to 24 months old & parents
Fridays at 11:00 a.m.
4th Saturday at 10:00 a.m.

This program offers children newborn to 24 months and their parents or caregivers a chance to share time together to be exposed to language, books, and playful activities in a positive and supportive atmosphere.

Listen Up!
All Ages
Tuesdays 10:00 a.m.

Drop-in program for children and their caregivers. Stories and activities selected to develop an early love of reading.

Family Chess and Brain Games
All ages
First Tuesdays of the Month at 4:00 - 5:30 p.m.

We welcome all family members, beginners and experienced players to try chess or other games to challenge your brain. Drop-in to learn or play in the Activity Room.

Toddler Time
2 year olds & parents
Thursday 9:30 a.m. or
Thursday 11:00 a.m.

For 2-year-olds and their parents, this is a shorter version of our Preschool Storytime which includes stories, fingerplays, games, and crafts geared to the toddler accompanied by a parent or caregiver. This class meets in the Activity Room.

Preschool Storytime
Ages 3 through Kindergarten
Wednesday 10:30 a.m. or
Wednesday 1:00 p.m.

Classes for children that give them the opportunity to experience stories, songs, fingerplays, games and videos in a group setting.

Morton Grove Explorers
Kindergarten, 1st & 2nd Grades
Wednesday 6:30 p.m.

This active storytime is for children in kindergarten, 1st and 2nd grades.
